Our typical client is one with multiple brands, business units or offices in multiple locations.
As is typical with most large clients, each internal business unit often purchases products independently. As a result, spend is inefficient as the client never achieves economy of scale through aggregated ordering.
To help address this issue The Kanga Group has developed a custom solution we provide to our large clients. The web-based solution provides them with a secure portal within which to aggregate their purchases. The portal presents the approved products for purchase within the local currency and manages a countdown/broadcast capability so each registered user is alerted to a new order that has been placed by a colleague in another business unit, office or country and enables them to piggy back on that order and achieve the associated economies of scale.
This portal integrates seamlessly into our order management portal and backend warehouse management system to ensure seamless order delivery & track/trace.
